Or, rather, who is behind the website
The website address is: http://awakeningsnewyou.com. The website is managed and maintained solely by Heather Symes, an independent, certified life coach, whose technical knowledge and abilities are poor, at best!
Personal Information
Awakenings (the website) does not automatically collect any personal information, such as name, address, or e-mail address, from visitors to the website. Any information collected is non-personal and is used only to determine the number of visitors to the website, what pages were visited, etc.
The website only collects personal information that is voluntarily supplied through the Contact and Newsletter Subscription forms (or any other contact information forms that may appear when I have something to offer prospective clients). Information collected is purely for the purpose of following up with the potential client and providing the requested information.
Newsletter subscriptions
Subscription to the email newsletter is strictly on an “opt-in” basis, whereby the subscriber must complete a subscription request in order to be included on the email distribution list. This can be done either through the website, the Facebook page or via a direct email to Awakenings. Subscribers can opt-out at any time and their information will be deleted from the database.

Within the pages of this website there may be links to pages on websites operated by others. These links will have been provided as a service to visitors and at a time when the external pages were deemed of informational value. Awakenings is not responsible for any of the external websites to which some of the pages may be linked and I do not confirm the information provided by, or endorse the views, products, or services of those companies which manage said external websites. Awakenings is not responsible for these external pages and cannot be held responsible for any changes to the content of said external pages. With whom is your data shared?
I don’t share your data with anyone. The only storage of your data would be with the online emailing company, which at present is Mailchimp, and their Privacy Policy can be found here. The website also uses a HubSpot plug-in for lead generation, lead conversion, emails, forms, and other such stuff. HubSpot’s Privacy Policy is here.
